• FREE Cancellation can be availed if done before 168 hours of travel
• Cancellation and refund is available only for selected bus operators.

• Cancellation done 48 hours before travel time then 20% is deducted.
• Cancellation done 24 hours before travel time then 50% is deducted
• Cancellation done 3 hours prior departure 75% is deducted
• Cancellation done in last 3 hours no refund, i.e. 100% deduction
