Left Kep on time as scheduled, the vehicle was wonderful but the drive back was nerve wracking as the driver was driving rather erratically at speed with his hand constantly on the horn. At one stage he approach a Baja from behind which changed lanes in front of him, there was sufficient time to go around but instead he drove right up to the vehicle to intimidate, once again with his hand on the horn, we exited the vehicle at the first stop once we reached Kampot. Not a pleasant experience.

Excellent driver who navigated safely under difficult conditions. NH3, from Prey Nob to the outskirts of Kampot, is still unsurfaced. The road’s camber, along with exposed boulders and troughs, required perfect concentration to drive through. I definitely recommend Ekareach Express.

Unfortunately, our bus broke down. We were not told and sat in the cramped bus for half an hour wondering why we had picked two people up, but not moved. Eventually, we were loaded into another full bus. Compared with other bus companies we had used in Cambodia, these guys were neither friendly or informative. Although 60 minutes late, at least they got us to our destination.

The trip was delayed for an hour due to a van problem. After the delay, we still boarded a van whose air conditioner didn’t work, and it was very hot.
